Ultraviolet Break of Day

Photographer Marcus Wendt documented neon-saturated urban landscapes across Hong Kong's Kowloon, Shenzhen's electronics district and Seoul while combating jetlag. His nighttime rooftop shots evoke a distinctly cyberpunk atmosphere. Wendt noted his work recalled the aesthetic of "early 1990s cyberpunk games and films like Syndicate or Blade Runner." The series, titled Ultraviolet Break of Day, captures the electric density of Asian megacities through their glowing signage and architectural geometry.
